Darkness without,Light within

04 Jun

Facing the storm by the shore

In sacred colours her foremothers wore

Calling to the sea the Vardlokkur

In ancient tongue that none can understand but her

… Volva’s call

Volva bring their messages to me

The seed that you will pass on to me

I hear the voices from within

Old wise one I am bare, I am prepared,

I’m ready to step inside
The circle’s closing we hear the chants

Magic rhythms seducing us to dance

Eyes are closing, what will they see?

Lost in the search of ancient dreams and ages yet to come

The heat is rising, seething wild

Bodies trembling as the earth underneath

And when I’m falling into the depths of life

Drowning hearts in ecstasy, screaming for the dawn

… When our souls were young

It was forbidden in the face of the dangers her people, the Orcs were relentless.. any defiant act on the trolls part was met with violent reprisal.. already their wise ones were being rounded up, and taken away, denying the young trolls the proper teachings of their people.. the Kor’kron took up Garrosh’s orders with unholy zeal.. proving that they were corrupted with the same madness as the warchief. Their shamans and Magi were lighting anyone and everyone who they deemed a threat , on fire, or hitting them with lightning strikes.Fierced, hated them with a fury that consumed her,and she vowed she would avenge her fallen kin..one day.. the orcs would hear her name and cower like the whipped dogs they were..they would know fear.

Definitely getting into the Troll thing there – I am looking forward to seeing how this all plays out. Very good read and well written.

Normally I have such a struggle playing trolls, but with the rebellion, and my own government in RL,I can understand how oppressed they are,and relate to them a little better. Thanks for reading about my little troll girl.
